You should be completely happy with your experience.  If you have any questions about us, our products, or even shipping, get in touch!  Most of the items are one of a kind.  If you see a certain piece and it has sold, please reach out, as we can possibly make a variation similar.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund, no later than 3 days after receiving your product.    The product must be in its original condition and must be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Once the item has been returned,  we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.  Original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed and return shipping will be at your expense.  Please note custom items such as key chains, picture frames and etc., cannot be returned or refunded.  A proof of the picture will be emailed back for your approval before making any customized order.
